Honeywell Home T9 WiFi Smart Thermostat

WELCOME TO 'JUST RIGHT'. The T9 thermostat works with Smart Room Sensors (sold separately) to focus on the rooms you choose by setting a schedule, or it can let the sensors focus on the rooms that people are occupying. It's a simple DIY installation project. The T9 intuitively identifies your home's heating and cooling type, guiding you through a straightforward setup, making it easy to do it yourself. You can control the T9 using the Honeywell Home app or through voice commands with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Microsoft Cortana, and more. The T9 also works with utility programs across the US, offering you additional savings.

The T9 is ENERGY STAR CERTIFIED. You can view your energy use in the Monthly Energy Report, and save even more by adjusting the schedule to your lifestyle. SAVE ENERGY AND GET REWARDED by checking with your energy provider about available energy savings rebates to offset the cost of your purchase (rebate finder link above). Eligible customers can also enroll in their local Utility's "DEMAND RESPONSE PROGRAM," which can reward you for allowing the utility to slightly adjust your AC or furnace temperature settings during high energy demand periods.

The T9 features AUTO HOME AND AWAY MODE, allowing you to adjust your thermostat from anywhere using your mobile device, or let your home automatically react to your schedule with geofencing. The MULTI-ROOM FOCUS feature lets you add Smart Room Sensors (sold separately) to focus the temperature on multiple rooms, ensuring comfort where it matters most to you.

The T9 is compatible with forced air (gas, oil or electric), hot water and steam, and heat pumps with electric backup. It does not work with electric baseboard heat (120-240V). A C-Wire is required.

The SMARTER, SIMPLER SETUP means that everything you need comes in the box, including a power adapter, so the T9 works in most homes. The T9 intuitively identifies your home's heating and cooling type, making it easy to do it yourself.

Before purchasing, check to see if this thermostat is compatible with your home and determine if your home needs a C-wire power adapter. The T9 works with most heat/cool oil furnace systems, but will not work with heating-only oil furnace systems unless a C-Wire is present.
